Alumni Introduction

The GCU MSD community is made up of students who have graduated from the university/department and are spread all over the world influencing the people around and providing professional skills to the leading companies.

MSD always gives importance to its alumni and retains the mutual lifetime link between the institution and them. As GCU MSD alumni, the graduates are more than just former students- they are members of a proud community and also of an institute that continues to make a history of producing legends since 1864.

At GCU the homecoming dinner for alumni is also organized by the department every year where our alumni join us with their families, meet old friends and recall their cherished memories. Furthermore, the alumni are regularly updated with the latest job alerts, news about the university, student achievements and much more. To ensure the maximum participation of Alumni, GCU also uses the third party platforms such as social media, newsletters and mailing as a delivery mechanism to engage them. GCU also motivates the alumni towards its volunteer program like relief activities during floods and earthquakes.

The importance of technology nowadays cannot be neglected so MSD is also working on such mobile apps which will help our alumni search and connect with other GCU alumni around the globe through ‘GCU Alumni App’ which will be available at the app store for iPhone users as well as at Google Play for the android users.
