The Pakistan English Conference 2025 (PEC 2025) invites undergraduate students to participate in the Undergraduate Research Forum & Poster Exhibition. This is an excellent opportunity to present your research, showcase innovative ideas, and demonstrate your creativity at a national academic platform.
As oral presentation slots are limited, students are strongly encouraged to submit abstracts for Poster Presentations.

To maintain quality and uniformity, all participants are requested to follow these guidelines:
- Poster Size: 2 feet × 3 feet (portrait orientation preferred)
- Font: Clear and readable fonts (e.g., Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman) with minimum size 24pt for body text
- Content: Include title, author(s), institutional affiliation, abstract, methodology, findings, conclusion, and references (if applicable)
- Visuals: Use charts, tables, and images effectively to enhance clarity
- Layout: Ensure a logical flow of information from introduction to conclusion
- Clarity: Keep text concise and avoid overcrowding; prioritize key points and visuals
Participants whose abstracts are accepted will receive a confirmation email and will be asked to submit a
soft copy of their poster before the event for review on a given template.
