BFSU ISS Calls for International Experts

On December 13, 2016, GCU Lahore formalized a partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding with Beijing Foreign Studies University, China. Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) is recognized as one of China's premier institutions of higher education, operating under the direct administration of the Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE).

Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) is currently seeking international experts for the 2025 International Summer School (ISS) Program. This program aims to provide students with opportunities for global exposure while enhancing their academic capabilities. The purpose is to establish a platform that fosters intercultural communication among participants.

Program Schedule

The 2025 BFSU ISS is scheduled from June 30th to July 25th, 2025, 4 weeks in total, to be held on the BFSU campus in Beijing, China. For details: https://iss.bfsu.edu.cn/notice_intro.php?id=84

Deadline for submission of Online Application = 16 February, 2025

Procedure to be followed:
  • The teaching faculty is encouraged to submit their applications for the opportunity by completing the Online Registration at https://iss.bfsu.edu.cn/. https://iss.bfsu.edu.cn/notice_intro.php?id=84
  • Concurrently, the faculty is required to obtain approval from the Vice Chancellor by submitting a formal application, which must be duly endorsed by the respective Chairperson and Dean of the Faculty.
  • The faculty is required to submit his/her application to the Office of the Registrar for approval from the Vice Chancellor.
  • Upon selection, the teaching faculty shall participate in the 2025 International Summer School (ISS) Program through the Office of the Registrar, ensuring full compliance with the terms and conditions established by the regulations and policies of GCU.
