Six Scholarships in Geosciences for Pakistani Students
Reference is to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan letter dated November 7, 2025 received from HEC-Global Engagement Division.
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation offering six places in Geosciences for Pakistani students (2 each in bachelor's, master's and postgraduate programs) for the academic year 2026/27 at the Russian State Hydrometeorological University (RGGMU). The details of the programs received in this regard are also attached. The online portal for applying for quotas is open from September 15, 2025 to January 15, 2026.

The Embassy of Romania announces that the Francophone University Agency (AUF) has launched the Eugen Ionescu
Doctoral and Postdoctoral Research Scholarship Program for the 2025–2026 academic year.
Eligibility
The program is aimed at doctoral students and teacher-researchers from higher education institutions that are
members of the AUF, including Pakistan.
Application deadline
The deadline for submitting applications to the AUF is November 30, 2025, 11:59 PM (Bucharest, Romania time GMT+2).
