Phase-I of GCU's New Campus completed
The Government College University Lahore has successfully completed Phase-I of the construction in its 400 acres New Campus at the Kala Shah Kaku with a cost of Rs. 997.608 million. In the first phase, one academic block for 1200 students, a boys hostel with a capacity of 300 students, administrative block, residential apartments for staff and other facilities including road infrastructure have been constructed besides sewerage and roads infrastructure. Newly established GCU Press begins publishing research journals
The Government College University Press has started publishing academic journals and other university publications. During its first year, the GCU Press has published scholarly journals in the disciplines of English, History, Persian, Punjabi and Psychology. Old Ravian donates for COVID-19 infected GCU employees
Eminent Old Ravian and businessman Mr Nasir Ali on Monday announced an amount of rupees twenty-five thousand for each staff member of Government College University Lahore who is infected by COVID-19 and require extensive treatment.
