The Department of Fine Arts facilitates its students in following manner:

  • There is an internal/departmental library comprising of a number of valuable books by National and International Authors.
  • The Department has an art gallery named “Minhas Art Gallery” in which the works of renowned and emerging artists are displayed.

Fine Arts Society

The fine arts society has more than 200 members and regularly arranges student exhibitions, hobby classes and competitions including the intercollegiate Annual Fine Arts Competitions. Fine Arts Society gives students of GCU the perfect opportunity to learn what they are interested in along with their respective subjects. The classes and competitions are guided by both the senior students and the teachers of the Fine Arts Department, allowing the students to learn from the best. The goal is to provide a spotlight on the artist that every person holds within.

Photographic Club

The photography club arranges the classes, events and photo walks for the students. Photography Club, GCU has been organizing numerous creative activities for the students. The club has formed all-around-the-year curriculum activities that not only promote creativity and innovation but also help the students to explore their surroundings through fieldwork.

GCU Film Study Circle

GCU film Study Circle got established in February 2020, which mainly focuses on enhancing filmmaking skills and equipping our students with this vibrant Art form through basic knowledge by delivering lectures, workshops, Film screening along with their analysis. Our film Study Circle mainly focuses on enhancing filmmaking skills and equipping the Ravians with this vibrant Art form through basic knowledge.
