It is a platform for initiating discussion, debate and dissent; the essentials of democracy. In this vein, it organises lectures, seminars, poetry symposiums, and short plays. It is also responsible for arranging the Department's festivities, chief among them the Annual Dinner/ Farewell for final-year students.
