Biography

Muhammad Sohail is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Commerce and Finance at Government College University Lahore. He has a strong academic background in accounting, finance, and business management, with a focus on sustainable financial practices and capital allocation strategies.
Sohail’s research explores sustainable capital allocation strategies that generate both financial and ecological returns, contributing to the growing discourse on green finance and responsible investment. His scholarly work aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those related to climate action and sustainable economic growth.
Beyond teaching, he actively participates in community engagement programs and academic collaborations aimed at linking theory with real-world financial practices. His passion lies in preparing students for emerging challenges in finance through experiential learning and evidence-based research.
