Biography

Dr. Safyan Majid is a dedicated academic, researcher, and practitioner whose work bridges the domains of finance, management, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. His professional identity is shaped by a unique combination of scholarly rigor, teaching excellence, institutional service, and hands-on industry experience. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and Finance at Government College University (GCU), Lahore, Dr. Majid has built a distinguished profile in higher education while simultaneously developing and managing a dynamic business venture in the publishing and stationery sector. His academic journey, research achievements, program development efforts, and community contributions position him among the emerging scholar-practitioners contributing to both academia and industry in Pakistan and beyond.
