Ms. Cyma SalmanSaima Salman is a Ravian alumna and a renowned Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, Clinical Psychologist and Corporate Trainer based in Singapore, where she is the Founder and CEO of Rational Living Inc. With over 28 years of clinical experience across the USA, Europe and Asia, she was trained as a Clinical Fellow at the Albert Ellis Institute, New York, under the personal supervision of Dr. Albert Ellis, and also trained with Dr. Aaron Beck and Dr. Judith Beck. She is a Certified Clinical Supervisor in Rational Emotive Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (RECBT) and the first Muslim therapist to research Islam and RECBT, coining the term iRECBT. An international speaker and emotional empowerment trainer, she is passionate about mental health awareness, particularly for women and teens.
