Barrister Mian Zafar Iqbal Kalanauri
He is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Barrister-at-Law, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), accredited mediator, arbitrator, legal educator and ADR practitioner. With several decades of experience in legal practice, he has worked extensively in litigation, commercial law, arbitration, mediation and legal reform. He has also been actively involved in legal education and advocacy training, contributing to the professional development of aspiring lawyers. His extensive engagement with arbitration and mediation, alongside his experience in conventional litigation and legal reform initiatives, gives him a distinctive perspective on the changing nature of legal practice in Pakistan. His expertise makes him particularly suited to engage students on the practical relevance of ADR, the evolving role of the modern lawyer, and the opportunities emerging within Pakistan’s dispute-resolution landscape.
