Mian Bazaf Shehbaz
Mian Bazaf Shahbaz is an Advocate of the High Courts and a distinguished legal professional specializing in Corporate, Information Technology, and Power Sector Laws. A Gold Medalist and Roll of Honour graduate of the LL.B. (Hons.) program at the University of Central Punjab, Lahore (Class of 2022), he has established a strong reputation for excellence in legal practice, advocacy, and mentorship. Alongside his professional practice, Mian Bazaf Shahbaz is widely recognized for his extensive involvement in moot court advocacy. He has participated in, coached, and adjudicated numerous prestigious international moot court competitions, including the Henry Dunant Moot Court Competition, Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and the Jean-Pictet Competition. Recently, he successfully coached a Henry Dunant Moot team that qualified for the Asia-Pacific Rounds in Hong Kong. In professional practice, he recently secured the release of an LPG consignment worth approximately PKR 12 million in customs confiscation proceedings arising from allegations concerning concealed contraband recovered from a third-party transport vehicle, reflecting his strong command over complex legal disputes and regulatory matters. His areas of expertise include corporate litigation, regulatory compliance, international advocacy, legal drafting, and power sector law.
