Research Interests: Inorganic Chemistry, Special interest in synthesis and antimicrobial studies of Schiff bases metal complexes of transition metals

Biography

Currently working as Assistant Professor at department of Chemistry Government College University Lahore, Pakistan. 11 years of post PhD teaching and research experience in synthesis of coordination compounds, green synthesis, nanomaterials and solid waste management. Special interest in synthesis and antimicrobial studies of Schiff bases metal complexes of transition metals. Expertise on FT-IR, UV/Vis and XRD. IUPAC affiliate since 2014 and member of reviewer committee of Punjab Textbook Board Lahore, Pakistan. I have completed research project funded by Higher education commission Pakistan. Recently completed research project on Synthesis and Characterization of sulfonamide derivatives metal complexes as antimicrobial agents funded by ORIC (Office of the Research and commercialization) Government College University Pakistan. I have published more than 100 articles including research and review articles in international Journals, 3 books and 30 book chapters with international publishers.
