Biography
An Assistant Professor of English at Government College University, Lahore (GCUL), where my academic career has developed since 2007, advancing from Lecturer to the current role. My teaching spans core literary studies, including Literary Criticism and the History of English Literature, and specialized areas like South Asian and Partition Literature, as well as practical courses in Business Communication. My primary research focuses on South Asian Anglophone narratives of conflict and trauma. Beyond the classroom, I have undertaken significant administrative duties, such as serving as Focal Person for the Anti-Harassment Committee and In-charge of the Quality Enhancement Cell. I am also deeply involved in student life, having advised multiple university clubs and co-convened major cultural events. I hold an M.Phil. and an M.A. in English Literature from GCU Lahore and an MBA in Marketing from IBA Punjab University.
