Ms. Naeem is serving as a Lecturer at the Institute of English Language and Literature, GCU, Lahore. She completed her MPhil in English Literature as a magna cum laude recipient from FCCU, Lahore, and earned her BS English degree as the gold medalist of her session at LCWU, Lahore. Her MPhil research explored "the politicization of religion and the intersection of religious extremism and identity politics" through seminal works in contemporary Pakistani fiction. Her undergraduate research remains a project close to her heart, as it examined "the deconstruction of anthropomorphic conceptions of God" by engaging deeply with the literary and spiritual narrative of Elif Shafak’s The Forty Rules of Love.
Beyond academia, Ms. Naeem is also a poet and short-story writer, with her creative works published in national and international anthologies and literary platforms. She continues to contribute to both scholarly and creative spheres, driven by a sustained interest in literature, spirituality, and socio-political thought.
