Biography

Dr. Ahtisham Ali, is currently an Associate Professor of Urdu at GC University, Lahore. His areas of expertise encompass modern Urdu poetry, Urdu literature from the colonial period in the subcontinent, as well as modern and postmodern literary criticism and the History of emotions within the region. He authored five research books and published numerous articles in prestigious national and international journals, making significant contributions to academia.
