Biography
As In-charge / Assistant Professor of the International Relations Department at GC University Lahore, I have dedicated my academic career to teaching and conducting research. Over the years, my research interests have evolved and expanded, leading me to explore innovative approaches in the field of global politics and international relations.
As a researcher I have always tried to explore new dimensions in social and global trends and relations. As a supervisor I have always preferred field surveys over secondary sources for data collection.
Throughout my academic journey, I have been greatly influenced by several renowned scholars and researchers. Their groundbreaking work has shaped my understanding and approach to research. Notably, the works of Nicolo Machiavelli, Francis Fukuyama, Samuel Huntington, and Joseph Nye have had a profound impact on my intellectual development. Their theories and analyses have inspired me to delve deeper into the intricacies of international relations, political economy, and democratization processes.
Furthermore, my research interests have developed and matured over time. Initially, my focus revolved around the study of Madrasah Education and religious extremism, particularly in the South Asian region.
Currently, I aim to contribute knowledge in the field of International relations by writing a book on “Fundamentals of IR:”, as much of the literature is written by foreign scholars.
