The Prof. Zaheeruddin Khan Society for Horticulture at Government College University (GCU) Lahore, in collaboration with the Prime Minister’s Green Youth Movement, organized a workshop on Winter Kitchen Gardening to promote sustainable gardening practices among students.

Master Trainer Javed Iqbal conducted the workshop and provided practical guidance on growing seasonal vegetables at home.

Dr. Shoukat Ali, former Registrar of GCU Lahore, and Dr. Babar Naseem Asi, Chairman of the Societies Board, attended the workshop as guests.

Dr. Memuna Ghafoor Shahid, Advisor of the Horticulture Society, and Muhammad Imran Gorchani, President of the Society, coordinated the event. Faculty members from the Department of Botany and students also participated.

The workshop aimed to develop practical gardening skills and promote environmental awareness among students.
