HEC, in collaboration with Ignite – National Technology Fund, Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, is organizing an awareness webinar on the Prime Minister’s SPARK & ELEVATE Programme, aimed at supporting the development, validation, commercialisation and scale-up of promising research and technology-based solutions.

The webinar will provide an overview of the Programme, including its funding opportunities, eligibility criteria, thematic focus areas and application process, with particular emphasis on opportunities available to researchers and academia.

Format: 30-minute interactive session followed by a 30-minute Q&A

The Programme offers two funding windows:

• SPARK: Up to PKR 100 million for applied research and early-stage technology development.
• ELEVATE: Up to PKR 200 million for technology validation, commercialisation and scale-up.

The last date for submission of applications is October 26, 2026.
