Candidates whose names appear in the Merit List are requested to bring the following documents [Original and Attested Copies] at the time of collecting their Fee Challan:

• Printed copy of the Online Admission Form.
• Attested Photocopy of the Matriculation Certificate/Result Card.
• Attested Photocopy of the Intermediate Part-I Result Card.
• If Hafiz-e-Quran, then certificate of Hifz.
• Two recent passport-size colour photographs.
• Attested Photocopy of the Parent's/Guardian's CNIC.
• Attested Photocopy of the Candidate's B-Form or CNIC.
