Instructions for Candidates of BS Programs
Candidates whose names appear in the Merit List are requested to bring the following documents
(Original and Attested Copies) at the time of collecting their Fee Challan:
- Printed copy of the Online Admission Form.
- Attested Photocopy of the Matriculation Certificate/Result Card.
- Attested Photocopy of the Intermediate Part-I Result Card.
- If Hafiz-e-Quran, then certificate of Hifz.
- Two recent passport-size colour photographs.
- Attested Photocopy of the Parent's/Guardian's CNIC.
- Attested Photocopy of the Candidate's B-Form or CNIC.
